Refund Policy

At ShotSMS, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our refund policy covers the following conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases: • When the purchased number is not active • When SMS code is not received (due to technical issues) • When balance is deducted due to system error • When order is cancelled (before receiving SMS)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following cases: • After SMS is successfully received • After order is completed • After number expires • Wrong service selection (user error) • Account suspension (due to policy violation)

3. Automatic Refunds

The system automatically refunds in certain cases: • Balance is refunded if no SMS is received within 20 minutes • Balance is refunded if number cannot be activated • All transactions are refunded in case of system failure

4. Manual Refund Request

For manual refund requests: • Contact our support team at [email protected] • Provide your order ID and describe the issue • Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours • Approved refunds are credited to your account balance

5. Payment Refund

You can request payment refund instead of balance: • Available for refunds of at least 10 USD/EUR/TRY • Processing fee will be deducted • Crypto payments are refunded to crypto wallet • Refund time may take 5-14 business days depending on payment method
